Glenn Gissler Design

Although many of you decordivas may know of his stunning work, for those that haven't, I had to share the work of (very long-time) coveted glorious work of Milwaukee, Wisconsin native, Glenn Gissler's designs. No longer living in Wisconsin, Gissler currently lives in Greenwich village with his wife and daughter.
I am so loving his rich style and simplicity, it is not surprising he has worked for Michael Kors (another tinki fave) and the Marissa Collections on commercial projects among many others, witness last photo (for another love, shoes of course)!

Need more GG fix, go here and spend a while!....trust me it's worth it.

David Collins' The Charles New York

This is just a little snippet of the incredible tone-on-tone work of David Collins, whose work is featured in many prominent arenas of design and commerce! See all kinds of loveliness at David Collins. Don't let the professional message alerts bother you, just close the window, and you can still view all his work, the images just have watermark/copyright emblems on the photos, but they are still very spectacular!

Swedish Heavenly Loveliness

Given the Swedish design element usually favours white with pale, pale accents, these gorgeous rooms are Swedish, but more Scandinavian and modern, at the same time retaining a lovely organic feeling!

Update

Mummy left us to join the angels this past Saturday. We are all coping as best we can, and have received tremendous support and comfort from the many people Joyce touched during her life.

To all my fellow bloggers, thank you so much for all your kinds words and prayers. It truly matters that we have each other, and the huge impact of knowing that even people you have never met care so much for others is incredibly heart warming.

I am going to post one quickie, (scroll down) from the ones that were supposed to post automatically in my absence, and will be back after June 10th, see you all then!

Kilkee House

Kilkee House located on a private stretch of beach on Paradise Island in the Bahamas, is currently for sale for $19 mil (US).
The majestic Historic Estate built sixty years ago, was renamed by actor Sir Richard Harris, and has hosted such liminaries as the Beatles, Sir Richard Branson and many other icons.
The pool is my fave!
