Happy New Decade and Inside Out Glasses

Well, even if you never drink any other time of year, you probably have at least a glass of champers for New Years!

Designer Alissia Melka-Teichroew was definitely thinking outside the box (glass) by coming up with these really classy InsideOut series. Martini Glasses and Champagne Flutes made out of hand-blown borosilicate glass. The clever design (why didn't I think of that?) advantage of double-walled glass, which provides insulation, keeps your drink colder for longer.

Buy Here!

2 martini glasses for $55, or 2 champagne for $59! Love em! and checkout the butterfly! They knew they were for me when they took the photo!

Reverb Chair by Brodie Neill

" Hand-formed and mirror-polished from (nickel plated) sheet aluminium, the single inverted skin evolves to provide function, yet is poised in a sculpturally dynamic pose. The highly reflective surface amplifies the tapering typology through a transition from curvaceous seat into the elliptical vortex of the back stabilizer. Inspired by the reverberation of sound, the Reverb Chair’s membrane flows outward before returning back into itself. Born from the pursuit to push materials to their limits, the fluting form is both seamless in structure as it is in surface."

Some of his other designs are shown here, but for the full gallery of his amazing work go to

Satoshi KAMIYA's origami

No stranger to paper crafts and all its incredible forms, tinkalicious brings another outstanding show of workmanship just with paper! These amazing Origami crafts were created by Satoshi KAMIYA, and if the art itself were not enough, they were made of just one piece of paper!!!

He draws the design diagram first, and folds accordingly. Even each scale of the dragon was folded one by one.

Pretty remarkable and extremely delicate workmanship!

Big Huge labs

Okay, Okay, so I am the last person on planet cyber earth to discover Big Huge Labs!
but honestly, I don't really care because I promise you that anyone who has either a modicum of interest in either taking photos or messing around with photo editing software is gonna just love this place! As always, enjoy and have loads and loads of fun, and don't forget to share!

As you can see, (all you New Moon Twilight junkies out there) my attempt at matting was pretty much fun!
