A Warm and Charming Country

Uruguay is a paradox. South America’s second-smallest country–about the size of Missouri–looks like Europe and feels like Europe, but with Third-World prices  hey there fellow bloggers....I am thinking of relocating....what are anyone's thoughts....experiences on Uruguay.... thanks tink.
